Websites and web apps

Our range runs from a five-page site for a workshop in Burgos to a trade portal where a distributor's installers check their prices and download invoices generated in Sage 200. The opening video call is never about colour schemes. It is about the result the site must deliver, whether that means quote requests, orders, sign-ups or simply fewer emails chasing a delivery note. Platform, scope and budget all follow from that answer.

Which kind of website does your business need?

'

Eight common formats. Page count rarely tells them apart. What does is the event behind the main button: an email to your inbox, an order landing in the ERP, a Bizum payment, or money split between several vendors.

Simple website and catalogue

'

A handful of pages, or a catalogue with spec sheets and a quote request in place of checkout. For a workshop, a wholesaler or a studio, it is the shortest path to looking professional online.

'
' ' ' '

Company website

'

Separate paths for clients, job seekers, suppliers and journalists. Careers, a newsroom, the whistleblowing channel link, and versions in Spain's co-official languages or English.

'
' ' ' '

Online shop

'

Redsys virtual POS, Bizum, SEUR, Correos or GLS shipping, and invoices issued by Verifactu-ready software. A store that handles fulfilment, not merely payment.

'
' ' ' '

Landing page

'

One page, one campaign, one offer. A crisp pitch, very few fields, and paid-search or social conversions tracked with consent and tested before any budget is spent.

'
' ' ' '

Marketplace platform

'

Lots of independent vendors trading under your brand, every one with private tools, adverts vetted before they go live, fees deducted automatically and vendor payouts worked out by the system rather than by hand.

'
' ' ' '

Client portal

'

A secure area where clients look up orders, invoices, job sheets and balances on their own. Requests to resend last week's delivery note simply stop.

'
' ' ' '

B2B platform

'

Trade ordering on agreed terms: each account's prices read from the ERP, credit limits enforced, payment on account and the previous order reissued with one tap.

'
' ' ' '

Public sector websites

'

Town halls, provincial councils and agencies: accessibility under RD 1112/2018, a published accessibility statement, links into the sede electrónica and an editor the office runs unaided.

What should it be built on?

'

The right stack depends on the task and on the upkeep bill three years down the line, never on a supplier's personal favourite.

'
'
' '
'
' '

Adapted theme

'

The fast lane. Right when you need a professional presence on a modest budget and standing out visually from competitors is not a priority.

'
' ' ' '

WordPress websites

'

What most clients pick. Blocks coded specifically for your site, WooCommerce if you sell, and links into Holded, a3ERP or Odoo. WordPress skills are everywhere, so you are never tied to one supplier.

'
' ' ' '

Shopify and other platforms

'

Stores built to scale. PrestaShop, a Spanish favourite, Shopify for quick launches or cross-border selling, Adobe Commerce for complex catalogues, and headless when marketing wants full control of the front end.

'
' '
' '

App without a CMS

'

The heaviest option. Worth it for heavy traffic, unconventional business rules, or several systems drawing on a single shared data set instead of duplicating it.

'
'
' '
'

A mainstream platform costs a little more upfront than a bought theme and repays the difference over time. Because so many developers know WordPress, PrestaShop, WooCommerce and Shopify, switching supplier never forces a rewrite. Links to a3ERP, Holded, Sage or the marketplaces use supported modules and published APIs, never a bespoke patch that becomes unreadable once its author moves on.

Our way of working

'

Four stages, and none closes without your approval. The whole process is online: workshops by video, a project board you share with us and a staging copy available day and night. Nobody travels, nobody visits.

Goal and site map

'

First we agree which visitors matter and the actions each should complete. Out of that come a page tree, a requirements list and a plan for content and integrations.

'

'

Wireframes and design

'

Greyscale layouts come first, while moving things around is free. Colour, type and imagery for the main screens follow, in mobile and desktop versions.

Build and content

'

Code, integrations, copy and images. Everything sits on a private preview address, so you can follow progress daily and comment as it grows.

Launch and after

'

Final checks, go-live, redirects from legacy URLs and training for your editors. Afterwards, an optional care plan keeps things running.

Common questions

'
' '
'
' '

There is no single answer: a small showcase built on a ready theme and a trade portal wired to your ERP sit at opposite ends of the scale. Cost is shaped by how many user journeys exist, how many systems must be connected and what share of the design is original. After an introductory call, we send a figure alongside the exact scope it includes. Anything outside that scope is charged at €75 per hour + VAT.

'
'
' '

Yes, start to finish. Workshops happen over video (Teams or Meet), progress is tracked on a shared board and you review the site on a staging address. Nobody from Apply visits: if photos of your premises or team are needed, a colleague of yours or a local photographer takes them using a shot list we prepare.

'
'
' '

Your company, always: domain, hosting, the Shopify account, plugin licences, Search Console and analytics. We work through our own logins with restricted rights that you can withdraw whenever you like. Should you ever change supplier, there is nothing to reclaim and nothing to negotiate.

'
'
' '

At minimum, the legal notice required by the LSSI-CE, a privacy policy meeting the GDPR and the LOPDGDD and, if non-essential cookies are used, a cookie policy backed by a banner configured along AEPD guidance. Shops add terms of sale and information on the right of withdrawal. We make the mechanics work; your legal adviser reviews the wording.

'
'
' '

We agree it case by case. Product records normally arrive by import from your management software or a central spreadsheet. Descriptive text, pictures and the company background tend to be yours to supply, as you know the trade best. When your staff cannot spare the hours, writing can be added to the quote.
