External users get a guest login scoped to one job only, with two-factor sign-in and an expiry date tied to handover. The mechanism for ending access varies with your subscription tier, so we pick the method that genuinely works in your tenant. Goodbye to the shared password written in marker pen on a sheet pinned to the cabin wall.
The mobile router, 4G or 5G, comes from a carrier contract in your name; we load its configuration remotely before it leaves your office for the site. Once there, it only needs plugging in and, if signal is weak, the antenna fixing to the cabin roof. We then connect remotely to set up the tunnel to head office, the filtering and the line monitoring.
Each device is registered for central management, with Intune an obvious choice when it comes bundled in your subscription. The site manager signs in with a work account and immediately finds drawings, email and the qualified e-signature tool waiting. Not necessarily. Where demanding renders happen just now and then, paying for cloud GPU time as you use it and keeping ordinary laptops in the office often works out cheaper. We cost both options against your team's real usage before any purchase is decided.
