Anything else
Unclear who should answer, or it fits none of the other boxes? Write here. We read everything that arrives by the end of the business day and pass it to whoever owns the topic.
office@apply.esThere is no reception desk and no office to drop by: Apply has been a remote team from the start, and that is how it serves companies all over Spain, from Girona to Las Palmas. What we do have is a separate mailbox for every sort of question. Pick the right one and your message lands straight with the person able to deal with it, with no forwarding in between.
A quote request has no business waiting behind a broken server, and an invoice should never get buried under press enquiries. That is why every subject has its own address, read on business days from 9:00 to 18:00.

office@apply.esDeciding between Start, Business and Premium, pricing a specific project, or getting a written proposal to show your managing director or outside accountant.
sales@apply.esAround fifty seats or more, several branches, and specific demands around response times, monthly reporting or audits.
b2b@apply.esAlready a client? Change the scope, renew, bolt on an option or add the people joining your team next month.
corp@apply.esA fault, an application refusing to start or a configuration worth a second look, without any maintenance contract. Private individuals use this address too.
support@apply.esOnly for clients under contract. Each message you send opens a numbered ticket, gets a priority and inherits the response deadline of your plan.
helpme@apply.esWeb agencies, software vendors and consultancies looking to run a joint project, hand over a technical piece of work or introduce a client.
partner@apply.esInvoices, FACe submissions, incoming payments, account statements and getting Apply registered as a supplier in your procurement tool or ERP.
finance@apply.esInvitations to bid on minor contracts, questions on tender documents posted to PLACSP, DEUC paperwork and technical proposals for town councils and public bodies.
tender@apply.esInterview requests, an engineer's view on a security news story, checking quotes before print and requests to reproduce the logo.
pr@apply.esRather talk it through face to face? Give us a couple of possible slots and tell us which platform your company already uses, and the invitation link follows. With screen sharing, ten minutes often settles what would take five rounds of email.
Suggest a timePremium clients, and those on the 24/7 support service, find a personal duty contact in their contract paperwork. We leave it off the website on purpose, so that real emergencies never compete with routine mail.
See the support plansStill undecided? Simply email office@apply.es. Internally it gets moved to the right box, and you do not need to resend anything.
For drafting a contract, raising a purchase order or completing supplier onboarding. If you need a signed certificate listing all of this, ask finance@apply.es.
Setting Apply up as a new vendor? Email finance@apply.es and you will get one document with every detail on the same day, instead of chasing each field of your procurement form separately.
The binding commitments sit in the SLA of each contract. Here is what every plan means in day-to-day terms.
Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 Spanish time (CET). Emails and form submissions get a reply within one working day.
4-hour reaction. Counted inside business hours; the contract spells out how the clock works.
1-hour reaction. Log the ticket whenever suits you; the timer runs during business hours.
15-minute reaction. For critical incidents at night, over the weekend and on national or regional bank holidays as well.
An email sent in the small hours gets read in the morning. If the server at an accounting firm goes down at 22:00 on a Saturday, or shared folders start getting encrypted, a note to office@apply.es will sit there until Monday. The Premium on-call line exists for exactly those hours: it reaches the duty engineer straight away.
Apply has no premises that take visitors. Everyone works online from different places; that is a deliberate choice, and one reason the prices look the way they do. Meetings happen on Teams or Google Meet, with screen sharing whenever a configuration needs looking at together. Write to office@apply.es and we will offer some times.
Legal name, address, identification number and bank appear above under Company details. The legal notice adds the information required by Spain's e-commerce law, the LSSI-CE. For a supplier file or a tender bid, finance@apply.es can send it all as a single document.
Email helpme@apply.es, the service desk inbox. Say who is affected, since when, and whether work has stopped or is merely slower. The ticket gets its number and priority immediately, and the first reply arrives within your plan's deadline.
Anything that stops a whole team or knocks out a core system: Microsoft 365 mail is unreachable, the server running a3ERP will not boot, the PrestaShop store cannot take orders, or files in the shared folder are changing extension one after another. In those cases Premium clients use the on-call line rather than email.
We do not send technicians and never suggest we will. Restarting the router, reseating a cable or swapping a disk is done by a member of your staff or your local supplier, with our engineer guiding them step by step over video. We then check the result remotely right away.
Companies receive them electronically by email from finance@apply.es. Town councils and other public bodies get them through FACe when they require it, using the DIR3 codes supplied by the contracting authority. The full picture is on the payments page.
Describe the task or the question and we will reply within one working day. If something has stopped working altogether, say so in the first sentence and an engineer will pick it up first.
Your request is with us
Expect an answer within one working day. A reported fault that has halted your team is handled first.
No match found. Try another spelling, or go with the closest provincial capital: every job is done remotely, so the location makes no difference to what we deliver anywhere in Spain.
