Apply

IT looked after from a distance, from first enquiry to final invoice

Apply is a technical team working over remote connections for SMEs, freelancers and public bodies right across Spain. You will not find client counts or logo walls here. Instead, this page covers what matters before you sign: how a request comes in and gets resolved, the rules our engineers work to, the documents we put our name to and the jobs we decline.

What we manage

Six blocks of work, available on their own or combined. Combining them has a practical upside: the team that sorts out a printer on a Tuesday is the same one that knows your server, your backups and your web shop, so nobody has to start the story from scratch.

Service catalogue

Help for your staff

A helpdesk for employees, remote fixes on Windows and macOS, logins ready on a newcomer's first morning and access shut off tidily when someone leaves.

Servers, network and cloud

Microsoft 365 with Entra ID and Intune, machines hosted at Arsys, IONOS, OVHcloud or in the Spanish regions of Azure and AWS, VPS hosting, network monitoring and copies we prove by pulling a sample back every so often.

Security and compliance

GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD put into daily practice, an up-to-date register of what personal data you handle, groundwork for ENS and NIS2 drawing on CCN-CERT and INCIBE guidance, EDR, vulnerability scans and phishing drills.

Websites and software

WordPress sites, PrestaShop or WooCommerce stores, Redsys and Bizum checkouts, plus connections to Correos, SEUR, Amazon.es, PcComponentes and bookkeeping tools like a3ERP, Sage 50 or Holded.

Data and AI

Data warehouses, dashboards for the board, automatic reading of invoices and delivery notes, and AI tools chosen so your information stays within the EU whenever the market allows it.

Advice and training

Audits, a digital roadmap, a second opinion on licensing and live online classes, from first steps in Microsoft 365 to level-headed use of AI at work.

Why we only work remotely

Our engineers are based in different places and there is no office to walk into. We do not dress that up as a compromise; it is the model. With no travel there is no waiting for someone to arrive and no journey to pay for, and every case goes to the right specialist. The price of the model is strict record-keeping, which gives you full traceability.

01

One entry point

Email helpme@apply.es, fill in the form or post in the shared Teams channel: whichever you choose, it becomes a ticket with a number, a priority and a deadline. Nothing gets lost on an engineer's personal phone.

02

Every minute accounted for

The ticket records who worked on it, for how long and what changed. If a task falls outside your plan, you hear about it before work starts rather than when the invoice arrives.

03

Physical jobs, guided

When a device needs touching, someone at your office or a supplier you trust follows written instructions while our engineer stays with them on a video call.

04

Month-end in writing

Tickets handled and actual times against the SLA, verified backups, outstanding patches and, finally, what we would tackle next with an approximate cost.

Commitments we keep

Clear pricing
Invoices without surprise items
From €590 per month + VAT you know exactly what your plan includes, because the scope is on paper. Anything beyond it gets a quote first and waits for your approval.
See pricing
Your credentials
Personal logins, minimum rights
Nobody at Apply signs in with a generic user or a password that does the rounds. Every engineer has an individual account with a second factor, just enough rights for the task, and each session tied to a ticket.
What we sign
Free to leave
Everything we write is yours
Network diagrams, the asset inventory and admin credentials are available to you at any time. If you ever change provider, the exit procedure was already agreed when you signed.
Ask a question

Where a ticket goes

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 Spanish time (CET). Premium clients also get an out-of-hours line, with details given only in their contract. Quick fixes are settled at first line; anything bigger is passed directly to the relevant specialist.

What we do not do

Three limits worth knowing before you ask for a quote.

No travel to your site

No visits, no rack fitting. Cabling and desk installations are outside our remit. If a job needs hands on site, we write it up step by step for the person or local firm who will carry it out.

No hardware sales, no commissions

We advise rather than sell kit. Our engineers recommend the laptop, server or firewall model that fits and point you to shops worth checking, yet Apply earns nothing on the purchase and has no rental fleet.

No promised certificates

We prepare, an independent body certifies. We follow the principles of ISO 27001 and help you get ready for ENS or ISO certification, while only an accredited auditor can issue the certificate.

The paperwork we sign

Paperwork is signed before the first connection. Drafts accompany our offer, so your lawyer or DPO can go through them without being rushed.

Services agreement

Tailored to your organisation. It fixes the scope, price, term, notice period and what each side is responsible for.

Service level agreement (SLA)

Response times are binding. 15 minutes for Premium, 1 hour for Business and 4 hours for Start, counted within working hours on weekdays, Spanish time.

Data processing agreement

Required by Article 28 GDPR and the LOPDGDD. It lists the data we handle on your behalf, where it is hosted and which sub-processors are involved.

Non-disclosure agreement

Signed before we first connect. It covers trade secrets, credentials and anything we may come across inside your systems.

Invoice and timesheet

Monthly and electronic. An e-invoice after each month or project stage, 30-day payment terms and, where a public body requires it, submission through FACe using the DIR3 codes you supply.

Got a question about a contract or invoice? Write to finance@apply.es about invoices, to corp@apply.es for contract changes or to helpme@apply.es if something has stopped working. That way the message lands with the right person and a reply follows by the next working day at the latest. We work in writing and over video calls, which leaves a useful record for both sides.

How we get started together

You do not need to prepare documents or inventories; producing them is our job. How long the start-up takes depends on your size and is agreed with you.

01

A message

A few lines through the form below or to office@apply.es: what your organisation does and what is giving you grief.

02

A video call

Thirty minutes on Teams or Google Meet to decide what we look at and who on your side grants access.

03

The review

A remote inventory of accounts, licences, servers, backups and security settings, with a report that belongs to you.

04

Contract and takeover

Plan chosen, documents signed, credentials received and your environment written up exactly as we found it.

Common questions

We have no premises for receiving clients. The team is spread out and meetings happen over Teams or Google Meet. That is deliberate: your invoices carry no travel costs, and each request goes to the right specialist rather than to whichever engineer lives nearest.

Nearly everything, because modern IT is mostly configuration, cloud services and software. What remains is physical work: plugging in a new router, replacing a disk or moving a machine. Someone at your company does it following our directions, and if there is nobody available we prepare a job sheet for a local technician you hire.

With personal accounts and multi-factor authentication, never shared logins. Permissions are granted for a specific task and removed afterwards, and each connection is logged against its ticket. The NDA and the data processing agreement are signed before the first connection is made.

Often, yes. Take an accountancy practice in Zaragoza: its in-house technician keeps looking after the practice management software and the users, while we run the servers, security and backups and cover holidays. Who does what is written down so two people never work on the same thing unaware of each other.

Certainly. Moving email to Microsoft 365, overhauling a website or running a security audit can each be a stand-alone project, with its own quote or at €75 per hour + VAT. If it goes well, a monthly plan can follow; if not, you keep all the documentation we produced.
