Core pages
Home, what the business does, work or products, who you are and contact, written to answer what customers ask before requesting a price.
Plenty of small firms have one of two websites today: a page nobody has touched since a nephew built it in 2016, or a half-finished online shop that never sold anything because the product is not bought that way. A joinery workshop in Burgos, an electrical wholesaler or an architecture studio closes deals through a quote, a call or a visit, not a basket. What they need is a site that explains the business, shows work or products with useful detail and turns interest into a clear, well-formed enquiry. Everything else is optional.
A short site with a catalogue needs only a few components, but each one done well. This is the usual scope.
Home, what the business does, work or products, who you are and contact, written to answer what customers ask before requesting a price.
Categories, filters and product sheets showing dimensions, materials, typical lead time, a PDF data sheet and a price range or minimum order where it makes sense.
A form that captures product code and quantity, confirms receipt to the customer and alerts the right person. Optionally, a WhatsApp Business button with the product pre-filled.
If your products live in Excel, we import them in one go and leave the import ready for future updates.
Per-page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, Search Console and a Google Business Profile whose address, hours and category match the site.
A legal notice under the LSSI-CE, a privacy policy and, only if non-essential cookies are used, a banner set up following AEPD guidance.
On an adapted theme, launch normally comes within a few weeks. The real deadline is set by when photos and copy arrive, so we plan for them from day one.
You receive a precise list of what is needed: logo, project photos, data sheets, contact details, certificates. You tick off what you have and flag what is missing.
An hour-long video call about your business, your customers and the questions they always ask. If you have no copy, we write it from that conversation.
Pages, catalogue and forms go up on a temporary address. You review it on phone and desktop and send back comments in a single document.
Domain, certificate, form tests, Search Console registration and a check of your Google Business Profile so that address and opening hours match the site.
A product page without dimensions or a guide price produces phone calls, not enquiries. When visitors cannot find the basics, they either leave or write to ask something the site should have answered. In a catalogue without a basket, show at least sizes, materials, typical lead time and a price range or minimum order. Fewer enquiries follow, but far better qualified ones.
Yes, and it often helps: a “from” price or a range filters out poor fits and saves pointless quotes. If pricing varies too much case by case, you can state a minimum order or the price of a standard configuration instead.
Very little when it is built properly: domain, hosting and an occasional update each month. With an adapted theme and few plugins, upkeep is quick. Your team can handle it or you can put it in a plan; one-off work is billed at €75 per hour + VAT.
You decide. They can go to a shared inbox, to whoever owns each product line or straight into your CRM. What counts is a same-day reply, so we set up an automatic acknowledgement and, if you like, a reminder when an enquiry has sat unanswered for hours.
It is not essential. For a business that works by quotation, a well-kept Google Business Profile usually brings more contacts than a neglected social account. If you already post on Instagram or LinkedIn, the site links to those profiles; if not, there is no need to start there.
Tell us about your trade and what you would like to show off. We will suggest a page plan, a timescale and a price.
