Putting a systems engineer on the payroll makes sense once a business reaches a certain size. Below that point, IT usually falls to someone who already has a different job: the finance lead, the youngest partner, or the contractor who cabled the office four years back and now bills for every call-out. The outcome is familiar. Nobody checks the backups, the Microsoft 365 licence count drifts away from the real headcount and no two laptops are configured alike. Under managed IT support, an Apply team takes on all of that routine work remotely for a monthly fee. Response times sit in the contract, the scope sits in an annex, and anything outside it is priced before anyone lifts a finger.
The fee is easier to grasp through situations than through technical lists. These are the ones that crop up in any business of ten to a hundred people, and none of them needs anybody to come to your premises.

Access removed the same day, the mailbox turned into a shared one for their manager, a company phone wiped remotely if it is not returned, and a check of any outside services that person had logins for.
An email stuck in the outbox, a shared folder gone missing, a VPN that will not connect from home. The person writes in and an engineer joins their session with permission, within the time set by your plan.
Windows, server and application patches applied in agreed windows, first on a small group of machines and then everywhere else. No one loses a morning because their laptop chose 9:05 to reboot.
SSL certificates, the .es domain, licences, server warranties and the FNMT digital certificates held by authorised signatories. Each has a date in a calendar and a reminder weeks ahead.
Backup jobs reviewed daily, plus trial restores at the agreed frequency. What matters is not a green status but having pulled back a real file and timed how long it took.
A monthly report covering requests, targets met, patch and backup status, and three concrete proposals: replace two laptops, drop spare licences, close an old access route.
From first conversation to a settled service usually takes a few weeks. The order never changes: look first, fix what is dangerous, then keep it running.
Forty-five minutes with whoever knows your IT best right now. We come away with a clear picture of users, systems and known issues, plus an indicative fee.
The management agent goes onto laptops and servers. Within days we see the real state of things: versions, disks, antivirus, licences and privileged accounts.
Dangerous items go first, each with a date: backups not running, unpatched machines, shared admin logins, former employees whose access is still live.
Requests through the usual channels, maintenance in fixed windows and a monthly report walked through on a call with the decision-maker at your firm.
A fixed fee is only fair when the line between routine work and projects is written down. Creating a user falls within the fee; moving twenty mailboxes from a hosting provider to Microsoft 365 does not. Resetting a password falls within it; building the network for a new branch does not. So the scope annex gives real examples on both sides, and anything outside it receives a quote before work begins. Neither side gets a shock when the month closes.
Start begins at €590 per month + VAT for up to 10 users, with a 4-hour response. Business costs €1,290 per month + VAT with a 1-hour response. Premium starts at €2,490 per month + VAT, cuts response to 15 minutes and adds a 24/7 on-call line. Headcount matters less here than what a lost working morning costs you.
We neither sell nor lease hardware. We suggest models and specs, you order them from your usual supplier, and they ship straight to the office or to the employee. From there the preparation is remote: the device pulls down its policies, software and encryption when the user first signs in.
It is quoted either as a fixed price or at €75 per hour + VAT, depending on the job, and it only starts once you have approved it in writing. The monthly report separates fee work from project work so you can see both.
Yes, identical terms, because every task is carried out remotely. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 Spanish time (CET); in the Canaries that means 8:00 to 17:00 local time.
You receive one electronic invoice a month, payable by bank transfer within 30 days. There are never travel charges, since nothing is done on site. Invoice queries go to finance@apply.es.
Let us know your number of users, servers and locations, and who currently deals with IT. We will reply with a monthly fee and a detailed scope.
