Solutions

Know the outcome you want but not which services get you there? Here the starting point is your situation, not our catalogue. Each solution pulls together work from several areas for a particular aim, industry or team size, and spells out the steps, their sequence, the usual timescale and what is included. All of it happens remotely.

By goal

When the destination is clear but the starting point and the ingredients are not.

Goal not listed?

Data in the EU

Relocating servers and shared folders to Spanish or wider EU data centres, whether that is the Azure region in Madrid, the AWS region in Aragon or Arsys, IONOS and OVHcloud: a map of data flows, a provider shortlist, a rehearsal migration and a final cutover timed for when the business will notice least.

GDPR compliance

Your record of processing, contracts with every processor, a DPIA whenever the law expects one and technical safeguards that make the paperwork true, so you can deal calmly with an AEPD inquiry or a customer exercising their rights.

Remote and hybrid work

Intune, two-step sign-in, a VPN or hosted desktops, and the technical side of the remote working agreement that Spain's Law 10/2021 requires, settled with HR. Staff work from home and the server never ends up facing the open internet.

Downtime prevention

Backups, monitoring and a recovery plan drawn up before trouble strikes rather than in the middle of it. You know how long getting back to normal will take and who plays which part in the meantime.

By sector

A clinic grinds to a halt for different reasons than a warehouse, and answers to different regulators. These bundles start from the software, rules and cost of an outage typical of each activity.

Retail and e-commerce

Your own store plus Amazon.es, El Corte Inglés, PcComponentes and Miravia, Redsys and Bizum at checkout, Correos and SEUR labels and the accounts: one order stream and one pool of stock serving every channel.

Manufacturing

Shop-floor machines on their own network segment, away from the office PCs, ERP servers built to survive a failed component, alerting, and patching slots booked around shift patterns.

Healthcare and clinics

Patient data treated as the special category GDPR says it is, clinic management software that stays up, electronic health records and e-prescriptions without interruptions, because bookings and consultations simply cannot stop.

Construction

Protected logins from site cabins, CAD and BIM running on cloud workstations, and one online home for drawings so the current revision is found first time rather than after a round of calls.

Logistics and transport

Warehouse and transport management systems, SEUR, MRW and GLS integration, digital tachograph data, e-CMR and monitored servers, so receiving and dispatch no longer hinge on numbers retyped from paper.

Public institutions

ENS alignment, a website meeting Royal Decree 1112/2018 and UNE-EN 301549 plus the mandatory accessibility statement, invoices lodged through FACe and support with the technical part of a PLACSP tender.

How a solution is fitted to you

No solution is applied off the shelf. What turns up in your systems decides what stays in and what drops out.

01

First conversation

Half an hour on video pins down three things: the problem, the deadline and how success will be measured. What gets asked for at the outset is often not what turns out to be needed.

02

Remote diagnosis

With read-only access we go over accounts, servers, backups and the network looking for obstacles. It is fixed-price, and you keep the report even if you go no further.

03

Tailored proposal

We treat the solution as a template and trim it: out goes whatever you already have covered, in goes whatever the diagnosis uncovered. You receive a figure + VAT and a timetable.

04

Phases and sign-off

Each phase ends with your approval before the next begins. On completion the documentation is yours; keeping us for everyday operations afterwards is optional.

Service or solution? A service is one building block, such as a backup, an audit or a migration. A solution is the full assembly for a given case, with blocks from several areas laid in the right order. Picture a dental clinic in Seville: it needs GDPR work, backups, user support and protection for the surgery PCs all at once, and which comes first genuinely matters.
