Tested updates
Core, plugins, modules and PHP updated on a copy first and checked on basket, forms and mobile before going live.
A neglected website does not break all at once; it decays. An unpatched plugin opens a hole, the host retires a PHP version and something stops working, the certificate expires on a Saturday, form emails start landing in spam. Nobody notices until a customer mentions it. Take a dental clinic in Seville that moves its email to Microsoft 365: its appointment form stops delivering because the web server is missing from the SPF record, and four months go by without online bookings. A care plan means checking every month the things nobody else looks at.
The monthly plan bundles the tasks that keep a site healthy with room for requests. This is what it includes.
Core, plugins, modules and PHP updated on a copy first and checked on basket, forms and mobile before going live.
Daily off-server copies with a European provider and a periodic test restore, recorded in the report.
Uptime, certificate and domain expiry, response time, disk space and server errors.
Tracking vulnerabilities in your components, two-factor sign-in, login attempt limits and removal of unused accounts.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks so forms and order emails reach the inbox.
Text changes, new pages, banners or display fixes within the bank of hours, itemised in the report.
Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 Spanish time (CET), with a response within 4 hours (Start), 1 hour (Business) or 15 minutes (Premium).
The first month is the busiest, with the assessment and catch-up. After that the work becomes steady and predictable.
We review versions, plugins, backups, access, email and performance, and hand you a list of risks ranked by urgency.
Urgent items are dealt with: pending updates, off-server backups, monitoring, surplus accounts and email records.
Updates tested on a copy, a test restore, a review of security advisories and the month's requests.
Each month, a summary of work done and hours used; each year, a review with suggestions for improvements and savings.
Automatic updates are not maintenance. Switching them on keeps you from falling behind, but nobody then checks whether the basket, the forms or the mobile layout still work. An update to a form plugin can stop emails going out without showing any error. So we update a copy first, test the key functions and only then push the change live.
Updates, verified backups, uptime monitoring, basic security, a check on form email delivery and a bank of hours for small changes. New features or redesigns are quoted separately at €75 per hour + VAT.
Four hours on the Start plan, one hour on Business and fifteen minutes on Premium, Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 Spanish time (CET). Premium also includes an on-call line outside those hours, under the terms of the contract.
Yes, after an initial assessment. If the site is badly out of date, there is first a catch-up with its own quote; then it moves onto the normal plan.
That is set in the contract. Typically the bank is monthly and the report shows hours used, so the plan can be resized if you consistently have hours spare or run short.
The contract runs month to month with the agreed notice. When it ends, you receive access details, backups and documentation so another supplier or your own team can carry on without a gap.
Share the site URL, what it runs on and who maintains it now. We will propose an assessment and a matching plan.
