A slow landing page
We time it on a real handset. Four blank seconds on a patchy signal and the visitor heads back to Google to tap the next ad along.
Picture a natural cosmetics shop on PrestaShop, based in Granada, spending €3,000 a month across Google Ads and Meta. The platforms claim each euro brings back four; the bank balance disagrees. We are an IT firm, not a creative agency, so we neither design ads nor manage bids. We handle the part that usually has no owner: measurement, cookie consent and the CRM, so you can tell which channel pays the bills and which merely pads out the reports.
The audit shows which slice of the budget is working and which leaks away. The CRM funnel makes sure the enquiries that do arrive are not left unanswered in somebody’s inbox.
GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta accounts, the Merchant Center feed and your cookie banner, all inspected with viewer access. We calculate what a lead and an order truly cost per channel and point out which conversions are hot air.
Web forms, WhatsApp Business, email and trade fair contacts flow into one CRM with their source and consent status. Every lead has an owner and a deadline, and the dashboard shows how many sales each channel produced, not just how many closed.
Some drop-off is natural. The expensive part is not knowing which step loses the most, because then the ad budget goes up to cover a leak that sits somewhere else entirely.
We time it on a real handset. Four blank seconds on a patchy signal and the visitor heads back to Google to tap the next ad along.
We check what loads before consent. Pixels firing ahead of the click invite AEPD trouble; a broken Consent Mode makes conversions vanish.
We keep only what sales actually use. Job title, industry and headcount are surplus when a name, a number and one sentence are enough to call back.
We route every lead into the CRM. At present it lands in one person’s inbox, which sits unread through August, or at the address of someone who moved on a year ago.
We set a response target and track it. Someone collecting three quotes for a refurbishment tends to hire whoever answers first, not whoever is cheapest.
We carry the channel through to the invoice. Otherwise nobody can say whether a customer came via an ad, via Amazon or on a brother-in-law’s tip.
Before you spend more on ads, try a five-minute test. Fill in your own web form on a mobile with made-up details and wait. Does the confirmation email turn up, or go to spam? Does anyone on the team get notified? Does it appear in the CRM? If any answer is no, every extra euro on Google Ads will disappear down the same hole.
Read-only access and nobody travelling anywhere: it is all remote. You receive a report whose recommendations are ranked by the effect they will have on revenue.
We confirm purchases and forms are logged exactly once and that GA4 roughly agrees with PrestaShop orders or CRM opportunities.
Cost per lead and cost per sale for each source, kept apart. The cheapest leads very often bring in the smallest sales.
We send one enquiry from a phone and another from a desktop, noting whether they arrive, what consent is collected and how long before someone replies.
Each finding with its likely impact and the effort involved. There are nearly always fixes that take an afternoon and show results the following week.
No, and we make that clear from the first conversation. Our side is technical: tags, consent, integrations, the CRM and how fast pages load. Sitting next to your agency causes no friction, and its figures often get better once it is optimising on sound data at last.
Broadly: non-essential cookies must not be set before the user agrees, rejecting must be as simple as accepting, and the wording must be clear. We configure the banner in whichever consent platform you pick, tune Consent Mode and document everything so you can show it to your DPO or a customer who asks. Borderline legal questions are for your lawyer.
Only with their prior consent for that channel, just as with email. Having a mobile number because a customer once rang you is not enough. In the CRM we store WhatsApp consent separately from newsletter and sales consent, with date and wording, so you can prove it if challenged.
Yes, though the picture will have gaps. Without a CRM nobody can follow an enquiry through to payment, so each channel’s real return stays an estimate. In that case a simple CRM usually tops the recommendations, ahead of any budget increase.
Obvious faults such as a form that will not submit or confirmations landing in spam are quick to fix, with instant effect. A rebuilt funnel and full source tracking need several weeks of data before periods can be compared. We promise no Google rankings and no sales percentages. Our work is billed at €75 per hour + VAT or at a fixed price.
Tell us which channels you use and what does not add up. We check the tracking and walk the customer journey ourselves, from ad to reply.
