24/7 IT support

Some businesses do not shut at six in the evening: a PrestaShop store during Black Friday week, a warehouse that must print SEUR and Correos Express labels before the six o'clock van leaves, a factory on three shifts, or a clinic taking emergency patients overnight. For them, a fault at two in the morning costs orders, deliveries or appointments from minute one. With 24/7 IT support, an on-call engineer picks up the incident the moment it arrives and works through remote access, instead of parking it until the office opens. Easter week, long weekends and Christmas Eve included.

What falls within the scope of this service

On-call cover is for whatever halts sales, production or patient care. A forgotten password or an Excel question can wait for the morning, which is also welcome news for your budget.

Watching, not just answering

Monitoring of your critical systems alerts the on-call engineer even if nobody at your firm has noticed. Often the shop is taking orders again before the first customer emails to complain.

Who picks up

Engineers on a rotating rota, with stand-ins and written handovers between shifts. Cover never rests on a single person and does not stop for holidays.

What can be done remotely

Restarting services, failing over to the backup line, restoring a virtual machine from backup, locking a compromised Entra ID account or unblocking the carrier label queue.

When someone gets woken

The decision chart states who at your company is alerted, above which severity and at what hour. It also lists which suppliers are called and in what order: host, operator, warehouse software vendor.

Hands on site

If a button must be pressed or a UPS plugged back in, we guide your night shift or your contracted local technician over video. Apply engineers never travel, whatever the hour.

Peak season

Before Black Friday, the sales or the Christmas rush we review capacity, certificates and backups with you, and adjust the critical systems list to what matters most that month.

The morning after

Each call-out ends with a short summary and a hunt for the cause. If the event means notifying a breach to the AEPD within 72 hours or reporting it to INCIBE-CERT, you get the technical facts with timestamps.

How the engagement unfolds, one stage at a time

On-call cover cannot be switched on overnight: the team must know your setup, and procedures have to exist on paper before the first night shift.

01

Dependency map

We chart what relies on what: the shop on the web server, that on the database, shipments on the carrier connector. That way everyone knows where to look first when something falls over.

02

Decision chart

Who may trigger the on-call service, who approves a step like taking the shop offline for an hour to restore it, and who must be told even at four in the morning.

03

Per-system runbooks

For each critical system, a short guide: what to check, what to restart, where to restore from and when to escalate. Credentials move into the on-call team's encrypted vault.

04

Fire drill

On an agreed date we trigger a test alert and walk the whole chain. Only then does the service go live.

The worst enemy of an on-call service is not outages but non-urgent requests. If the line takes a forgotten password and a query about an email signature at eleven at night, the genuine incident has to wait behind them. That is why the list of critical events is agreed in writing, the number is published nowhere, and everything else comes through the normal channel to be dealt with from 9:00.

Common questions

The on-call line comes with the Premium plan, from €2,490 per month + VAT. A handful of critical systems can also be covered as an add-on to a Business contract. Pricing depends on how many systems are involved and the response time you need, and is fixed once we have reviewed your environment.

Whatever we write into the contract together: the shop is not taking orders, the Redsys virtual POS rejects every payment, a server has stopped responding, the warehouse cannot print labels, a site has lost its internet link, or a privileged account has plainly been hijacked. Anything else is received round the clock but handled from 9:00.

A supplier outage cannot be fixed from outside, but it can be managed: we confirm the fault is theirs rather than your shop's, switch on the alternative payment or shipping method if there is one, and open a case with the supplier. In the morning you have a record of events.

We stay remote and talk the person you nominated through it step by step over video, whether that is a night-shift colleague or a local technician, until everything is back up. Most overnight incidents never get that far.

Nowhere. It is given in the contract to the people you name and changed whenever that list changes. A public emergency line would fill up with routine questions, and the first real outage would have to queue.

Protect the systems that cannot stop

Describe your actual trading hours and what must stay up outside office time. We will agree the critical incidents with you and send a proposal.
