Training

Much of what reaches an IT helpdesk is not faults but questions: how to share a folder without sending the file, why AutoFirma will not see the certificate, whether this morning’s Correos text was genuine. Each costs little on its own; together they eat hours every week. Our training is delivered live over video, inside the programs your team really uses, so that the next day everyone works a little better and asks a little less.

The most requested topics

Six blocks that recur across small firms, professional practices and public bodies. None is ever taught the same way twice: the syllabus is rebuilt around each organisation’s software and situations.

Microsoft 365 day to day

For all staff. Working in Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint with no duplicate attachments or the endless “which is the latest version?”.

Phishing and payment fraud

For all staff. Fake Correos or DGT texts, bogus tax refunds, invoices with a swapped IBAN and the impatient fake director.

Spanish e-government

For town halls, accountancy practices and law firms. FNMT certificates, Cl@ve, AutoFirma, the sede electrónica, notifications and FACe without last-minute panics.

CRM and sales follow-up

For the sales team. Promises made on a sales call get logged where colleagues can see them, rather than scribbled on a pad in the glovebox.

Copilot and AI assistants

For marketing, customer service and analysts. Quicker drafts and summaries, with personal data kept well away from public chatbots.

Systems and security

For whoever looks after IT in-house. Users, backups, network and permissions handled confidently, without ringing the supplier over every detail.

Training also leaves a paper trail. The ENS includes staff awareness and training measures, and NIS2 requires management bodies to undergo cybersecurity training while encouraging the same for employees. Our dated sign-in sheet, the course outline and each certificate may be filed as supporting evidence. Whether that is sufficient in your particular case is for your security officer or adviser to judge.

From first conversation to final certificate

You choose the dates. Here is what happens in between, and when someone from your side needs to step in.

01

What is really needed

A conversation with whoever commissions the training and a five-minute survey for participants. Groups are formed by what people already know, not by job title.

02

Syllabus and calendar

You receive the modules with objectives, length and times, scheduled so no department vanishes at quarter-end or mid-campaign.

03

Live sessions

The link lands in everyone’s calendar. Where a slip in the live system would be costly, we prepare a practice account or a copy filled with dummy data.

04

Certificates and guides

Each participant gets an attendance certificate. The company keeps the recordings and one-page guides for future joiners.

Common questions

No, everything is remote. Staff may sit together in a meeting room with a big screen and a speakerphone, or log in individually at their workstations; the second option suits the hands-on parts better. Colleagues at another site or at home lose no time travelling.

We suggest ten or twelve at most so everyone can practise and ask questions. Phishing awareness talks can take a larger audience because there is less hands-on work; for SharePoint or Excel, more people means less learning.

They will have the recordings split into short clips by topic and the step-by-step guides. For many companies that is enough; if several people start together, a short welcome session works better than rerunning the whole programme.

An individual attendance certificate and, for the company, the dated attendance sheet listing the topics covered. It can go into your GDPR or ENS records as proof of awareness activity. It is neither a vendor certification nor an official qualification.

Apply is not registered as a training body for subsidised training, so we do not process FUNDAE credits or prepare subsidy files. Sessions are billed as a normal service: €75 per hour + VAT for businesses, with a fixed price for the programme agreed before we begin.
