What remote IT support costs

A monthly plan buys you engineering time spent on your systems, a scope agreed in writing and a reply time we commit to contractually. Travel never appears on the bill because nobody travels: every fix happens over a remote connection. Company prices are quoted net of Spanish VAT at 21 %.

Three plans plus a dedicated team

Moving up a plan gets you faster replies, longer availability and more systems under our care. If you would rather have engineers you know by name plus a reserved bank of hours, the dedicated team option is quoted per project.

Monthly IT support

Start

Made for small offices where IT has so far fallen to whoever seemed most tech-savvy: the office manager, a partner, the owner's nephew. We take over staff requests, patch Windows and Microsoft 365 and fix faults through an encrypted remote session, so the bookkeeper can return to bookkeeping.

Monthly IT support

Business

One agreement spanning desks, cloud or on-site servers, the LAN and backup. Should a box in the office need re-plugging, a member of your team does it while our technician guides them over Teams. A typical fit: a 30-strong law firm with its own case-file server.

Premium

For businesses that lose more in one idle hour than the plan costs per month: a web shop in the Christmas rush, a clinic with a packed diary, a warehouse sending hundreds of SEUR parcels a day. You get assigned technicians, a reply inside fifteen minutes and an IT work plan for the coming twelve months.

Dedicated team

A crew of sysadmins, developers and security people who touch nothing but your projects and get to know your systems inside out. Headcount and skills are set by the task at hand, say a Verifactu roll-out or a move to the cloud. All of it runs remotely.

Six questions behind every quote

Your turnover is irrelevant to us; the workload your IT generates is what counts. These are the points we weigh before naming a figure.

How many people and devices?

The core of the calculation. Each Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailbox brings questions, joiners and leavers; each laptop or phone enrolled in Intune adds updates and policies to maintain.

Which servers exist?

Each is counted on its own. Having none is a very different job from looking after Sage 200 hosted at Arsys, an Azure subscription in the Madrid region and the VPS under your shop, all of which need updates, alerting and verified copies.

During which hours?

The biggest price jump. Being available Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 Spanish time (CET), is one thing; having someone reachable on Christmas Eve or through the mid-August holiday is quite another.

How fast?

4 hours, 1 hour or 15 minutes. Those are the Start, Business and Premium commitments. Guaranteeing fifteen minutes means keeping several engineers free at once, and the fee reflects that.

Which rules apply to you?

GDPR, ENS, NIS2 or DORA. Proving your controls to an auditor, your DPO or a customer who demands ENS alignment calls for retained logs, regular reports and tidy evidence. That effort is real, and it goes into the plan if you need it.

What state is it in today?

The first quarter tells us. Former employees still able to log in, passwords kept in a spreadsheet, Windows unpatched since last year: tidying that up comes first. Afterwards incidents drop and the plan settles down.

What the fee leaves out. Licences for Microsoft 365, antivirus or business software are bought by you straight from the vendor or reseller, with no cut for Apply. Projects with a clear start and finish, like an email migration or getting invoicing ready for Verifactu, carry their own quote and never begin without your written approval. Any physical work is carried out by a colleague of yours or a local contractor while our engineer guides them over video.

Three cases to compare yourself with

Made-up organisations that will probably sound familiar, each paired with the plan it would normally need. Your own figure comes out of the remote review.

How the SLA works

Gestoría in Valencia, 8 staff

from €590 + VAT/month

Start. Everything lives in the cloud, with mail and case files in Microsoft 365 and a3innuva in the browser. The fiddly part is the FNMT digital certificates, which expire and must be renewed on each machine.

Up to 10 users
Computers, mailboxes, Teams and network printers
Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00
Reply within 4 hours
No night-time cover
Urgent out-of-hours work is billed at €75 per hour + VAT
Business plan

Online shop with a warehouse, 30 staff

€1,290 + VAT/month

Business. If PrestaShop goes down on a sale Monday there are no orders; if the a3ERP export fails there are no invoices. Redsys, Bizum, SEUR and Correos Express labels and the hosted server are all in the contract.

Every account and device
Run from Entra ID and Intune under one policy set
Server and backups
Monitored, with test restores as often as the contract says
Reply within 1 hour
€1,290 per month + VAT at 21 %

Manufacturer with three plants

from €2,490 + VAT/month

Premium. With round-the-clock shifts, the night crew needs an answer just as quickly as the eleven o'clock office does.

Several plants, one standard
An identical baseline configuration at each site
24/7 duty line
15-minute reply; contact details are given in the contract
NIS2-minded oversight
Logs, key metrics and a written briefing for management

Other rates. A dedicated team (regular engineers, an account lead and reserved hours) is quoted per project from your task list. Without a plan, any job is billed at €75 per hour + VAT. For private individuals, a remote session costs from €49 incl. VAT and each working hour €79 incl. VAT.

Getting a quote of your own

Four steps lead from a first email to a signed contract, and nothing binds you until the last one.

01

A short video call

Twenty minutes on Teams or Google Meet around three questions: how many of you there are, what software you rely on and when you need answers.

02

Remote look at your estate

You grant temporary access and we examine Microsoft 365, servers, backups and permissions. Should you pick another provider, the report remains just as useful.

03

Itemised proposal

Three plain columns: what the fee includes, what would be billed hourly and what deserves a separate fixed-price project.

04

Contract and onboarding

The contract, the SLA and the data processing agreement get signed. From there we gather credentials and leave your environment fully documented.

Common questions

Not for companies: figures are net and 21 % VAT appears on the invoice. We issue e-invoices after each month or stage, payable within 30 days, and route them via FACe if a public authority requires it. Individuals, by contrast, pay VAT-inclusive prices: from €49 per session and €79 per hour.

It does not. You are paying for a scope, not a quota of tickets, so a chaotic week after a Windows update changes nothing. A lasting rise in staff numbers or a new server coming online is another matter, and then scope and fee are reviewed jointly under the contract terms.

Duration and notice period are settled individually and written into the agreement, along with an exit clause covering handback of passwords, documents and backups. Nobody gets locked in.

Certainly, it is a common arrangement. Your technician could stay with the users and core business software, leaving servers, backups and security to us, and we can fill in during holidays or after 18:00. The scope is built around the gaps.

Either at €75 per hour + VAT or for a fixed sum agreed upfront, always after written approval from you, which can simply be an email. Unrequested work never turns up later as a line on your bill.

No, and that is a big part of why the fees are what they are. Encrypted remote access resolves the overwhelming majority of ordinary faults. Where equipment must be handled, our engineer coaches whoever is on site by video, be it a staff member or a contractor of your choosing, until things are running again.

A few lines are enough: number of users, any servers or cloud services, and the hours you need covered. We will send back a proposal listing the tasks.
