Payments

How you pay depends on who is buying. A company gets an invoice and settles it by bank transfer within 30 days. A private individual pays for the session upfront through a payment link. A town council or other public body receives an e-invoice through FACe whenever it asks for one. Below you will find the terms, the bank details and a quick way to confirm that an invoice genuinely comes from Apply before any money leaves your account.

Invoices for companies

Support plans are billed once the month closes; projects are billed as each agreed phase is handed over. You have 30 days from the issue date to pay.

Ask about an invoice
01

The invoice arrives electronically

A PDF is sent from finance@apply.es to whichever billing address you choose. If your accountant or back office would rather get it in a different inbox, tell us once and it stays that way.

02

Carrying your own references

Need a purchase order number, a cost centre or a department name printed on it? Let us know before month end and it will be there from the first issue, with no corrective invoices later.

03

An international transfer

The account is held with JSC Kaspi Bank, so the payment goes out as a SWIFT transfer rather than SEPA. The details are printed on every invoice and repeated just below. Quote the invoice number as the reference and matching is instant.

04

Receipt and matching

Because the account sits outside the EU, funds take between 1 and 3 banking days to arrive. As soon as they do, the invoice is marked as paid.

Bank details: JSC Kaspi Bank, IBAN KZ22722S000015813162, SWIFT/BIC CASPKZKA. Beneficiary: Apply LLP, BIN 220540005599. The remaining company data is on the contact page. Always include the invoice number; without it the payment has to be traced by hand and takes longer. A change of bank account will never be announced by email alone, so if such a message reaches you, hold off and check with finance@apply.es first.

Card payment for private individuals

A remote session starts from €49 incl. VAT and an hour of work costs €79 incl. VAT. Once the problem is clear, a payment link comes your way and the session begins as soon as the charge is confirmed.

How to pay

With a debit or credit card, on the secure page of a payment provider. There is nothing to sign up for and no account to create anywhere.

Keeping card data safe

Card details are typed into the provider's platform, which runs your bank's strong customer authentication. Apply never sees the full number and never stores it.

Always in advance

You pay for the agreed time before the session. Should the job turn out bigger, the engineer pauses and asks for your go-ahead before a second link is sent.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver what was agreed, the money goes back to the same card. How soon it shows up depends on your bank or card issuer.

Receipt or invoice

A payment receipt reaches you by email. If you would prefer an invoice in your name, with your DNI or NIE, ask before paying and it will be issued with those details.

Who it suits

Anyone wanting one specific thing sorted with no commitment: moving photos onto a new laptop, getting rid of a program that floods the browser with adverts, or setting up email on a mobile. More on the individuals page.

Invoicing public administrations

Town councils, provincial councils, autonomous agencies and schools usually require their e-invoices through FACe. Where your body asks for it, we file the invoice there using the codes you supply.

Public sector
DIR3 Oficina contable The accounting office that books the invoice; the public body gives you its code
DIR3 Órgano gestor The unit responsible for the spending, to which the invoice is addressed
DIR3 Unidad tramitadora The department that reviews the work and signs it off before payment
References File and contract File number, minor contract or order reference, exactly as it has to appear on the invoice

Send all three DIR3 codes at award stage. If the accounting office, managing body or processing unit is wrong, FACe bounces the invoice and the payment clock starts again. Email them to finance@apply.es together with the file number.

Make sure the invoice is from Apply

IBAN-swap fraud, where someone poses as a supplier and asks for payment into a different account, remains one of the most frequent scams aimed at small firms. Before you release the transfer, spend a minute on four checks.

Contact
Check 1 A sender you recognise Company invoices come from finance@apply.es; a lookalike domain is a red flag
Check 2 The IBAN matches Hold the account up against the one on this page and on earlier invoices
Check 3 The amount adds up The fee reflects the contract, and any extra work carries your written approval
Check 4 In doubt? Ask Email finance@apply.es before the transfer is ordered, not afterwards

Already paid, yet the invoice still shows as outstanding? Forward the transfer confirmation to finance@apply.es. We track the payment down and get back to you within one working day.

Common questions

Companies pay afterwards: the plan invoice comes when the month closes and a project invoice when each phase is delivered. Only private individuals pay in advance, using a payment link. For longer projects the payment schedule is set out in writing in the contract.

Business prices are shown excluding VAT and marked “+ VAT”; the standard Spanish rate is 21 %. Prices for private individuals already include it. Every invoice lists the taxable base, the tax and the total on separate lines.

Because the company behind Apply is Apply LLP, registered outside Spain, and it receives money into its own account. It is an ordinary SWIFT transfer: your bank only needs the IBAN, the SWIFT/BIC code and the beneficiary name. Some banks charge a fee on international transfers, so it is worth checking your own tariff.

First you get a reminder by email. Beyond that, the consequences are whatever the contract provides and the rules on business-to-business payments allow, such as Spain's Ley 3/2004 on late payment.

Not at all. The invoice comes as a PDF and can be keyed in manually in a3ERP, Sage 50, Holded or whatever your accountant uses. If you want to get your software ready for the B2B e-invoicing required by the Ley Crea y Crece, a short remote session is usually enough to review the settings.

The three DIR3 codes (accounting office, managing body and processing unit) plus the file or minor contract reference. With those we submit the invoice in FACe addressed to your body. If one is missing or does not match, the platform rejects it, so confirm them with your comptroller's office before the award.
