Quality of each line
Every few minutes we check latency, jitter and loss against several targets, such as Microsoft 365, your cloud ERP or the payment gateway, to tell whether your fibre or the remote service is at fault.
Imagine a warehouse near Zaragoza packing orders for Amazon.es and its own PrestaShop store. If the fibre line starts dropping packets at eleven, the barcode scanners lose contact with the warehouse management system, SEUR collections slip and the first to find out is an irritated warehouse manager. With monitoring in place the order of events flips: packet loss, an overheating switch or a VPN certificate close to lapsing show up on our console before anyone feels a thing, and usually the issue is fixed or in hand before it disrupts work.
We watch whatever actually affects work, not merely whether boxes are switched on. A switch can be alive while one of its ports throws thousands of errors an hour.

Health of the VPNs linking office, warehouse and shops, drops and reconnections, and a warning weeks ahead when a certificate is due to expire.
Temperature, power supplies, CPU use, per-port errors and the number of clients on each access point, across firewall, switches and wifi.
As often as we agree and in an announced window, we force a switch to the 4G or 5G line and check that browsing, VPN and telephony carry on working.
Dated versions of firewall and switch settings are kept. If a change breaks something, the previous version goes back on instead of being rebuilt from memory.
We track security notices from manufacturers and INCIBE-CERT and apply firmware at agreed times, with a procedure for undoing the change should anything misbehave.
Within about a fortnight monitoring is live with thresholds tuned to your network. From then on the service runs continuously and is reviewed monthly.
We register firewall, switches, access points and lines. Without a previous assessment, a quick inventory comes first.
For a few days we observe how your network normally behaves, then set thresholds that flag the unusual without burying anyone in noise.
Whatever surfaces in those first weeks gets sorted: default passwords, needlessly exposed services and out-of-date firmware.
Alert handling according to your plan, scheduled maintenance and a report covering outages, trends and recommendations.
A backup line that is never tested tends to fail on the day you need it. We regularly come across 4G routers with an expired SIM, no data allowance left or settings for a network that no longer exists. That is why monitoring includes real, scheduled and announced failover tests, not just a check that the backup box has its lights on.
That depends on your plan. Standard cover runs Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00 Spanish time (CET), with a 4 h response on Start and 1 h on Business. Night and weekend cover comes with Premium, responding within 15 min, or with the 24/7 IT support service. Otherwise the incident is dealt with first thing and logged with its exact time.
A lightweight collector on a server or a PC that is always on. The monitoring platform belongs to us, so you buy no licences or hardware. Should internal policy require you to hold the logs yourselves, we forward a copy.
Enormously. Instead of saying “the fibre is bad”, you present dates, times, latency figures and loss percentages. We prepare a summary the carrier's technical desk grasps straight away, and if problems persist it gives you leverage to renegotiate or change provider.
Yes, provided the device can be queried over the network. Many UPS units report degraded batteries or power cuts, and video recorders flag full disks. We add them to the scope and they appear in the same monthly report.
We spot it immediately. We help with the manufacturer's warranty claim, and when the replacement arrives we configure it remotely from the saved backup. Your staff or local technician simply reconnects the cables following a photo with the ports marked, while we stay on a video link.
Let us know the number of sites, what is in the comms cabinet and whether a backup line exists. We will propose a scope and a suitable plan.

Expect an answer within one working day. A reported fault that has halted your team is handled first.
