Corporate training

A Valencia accountancy practice of twenty-eight people swaps its file server for SharePoint and Teams. A week later, half the office still downloads every document, edits it on the desktop and uploads it again as “modelo_303_def_BUENO.xlsx”. Nothing is wrong with the software; what is missing is someone showing how it fits into a normal working day, using the client folders and case files that practice genuinely handles. That is how we teach: live, remote and inside your own systems, so office staff and home workers learn together without travelling anywhere.

What falls within the scope of this service

There is no off-the-peg catalogue. These are the blocks requested most, and each is rebuilt around your company's examples, folder names and applications.

Pin down the details with one of our engineers

Microsoft 365 without attachments

Co-authoring one SharePoint file, sharing with clients without sending copies, finding any document in ten seconds and rolling back to yesterday's version.

Security for non-technical staff

Phishing, smishing and payment fraud as they actually reach Spanish businesses, passwords, two-factor sign-in and what to do in the first five minutes after someone clicks.

E-government tools

For town halls, accountancy practices and law firms: the sede electrónica portal, FNMT digital certificates, Cl@ve, AutoFirma, electronic notifications and invoicing through FACe.

Invoicing and Verifactu

How daily work in the accounts office changes with your invoicing software, how a corrective invoice is raised and which mistakes can no longer be fixed by deleting.

AI with clear rules

Copilot and other assistants for drafting, summarising and analysis, alongside a plain list of data that must never leave the company.

Excel and Power BI that earn their keep

Pivot tables, Power Query and a first dashboard built from figures your team currently assembles by hand each week.

Material for future joiners

Short recordings per topic and single-page guides, so the next new starter does not depend on a colleague finding time to explain everything.

How the engagement unfolds, one stage at a time

It usually takes a few weeks from first conversation to certificates. Dates fit your calendar, not ours.

01

Five-question survey

Each participant spends five minutes telling us what they use, where they struggle and which shortcuts they rely on. Groups are then set by actual skill, not job title.

02

Syllabus and schedule

You receive a course outline using your own examples and a calendar that steers clear of month-end, sales campaigns and peak days.

03

Live sessions

On Teams or Google Meet, with practice in small breakout rooms, cameras on and questions welcome throughout.

04

Measuring impact

If your support desk runs through Apply, we count queries on the trained topics before and after, and show you both numbers.

Training lands best in the week after a tool goes live, not the month before. Explaining SharePoint before the company library exists is talking in the abstract; doing it once everyone has already tripped over it twice means solving real problems. So for migrations we schedule the first session straight after switch-over and a second three weeks on.

Common questions

Ninety minutes of genuine examples as they land in Spanish inboxes: a Correos text about a parcel held at customs, a fake Tax Agency refund notice, a regular supplier's invoice with new bank details, and an urgent email from “the MD” late on a Friday. Participants spot the warning signs themselves. If you want proof of effect, a controlled simulated campaign can run a month afterwards.

Yes, given a trial account and the vendor documentation. For very specialised modules, payroll in A3nom or advanced ledgers in Sage 200 for example, the reseller is usually better placed; we cover everything around the program.

Not at all. We teach in Spanish, in English or in two separate language groups, which is common in international companies with an office in Spain. Guides and exercises come in each group's language.

Yes, as long as participants are informed beforehand and the recording serves internal training only; your DPO decides the legal basis and how long it is kept. Anyone who would rather not appear can turn their camera off without giving a reason.

Apply is not a registered organising or delivering body for subsidised company training, so we cannot process FUNDAE credits. If you want to claim them for a course, check first with your accountant or with FUNDAE. Our training is invoiced like any other service: €75 per hour + VAT of trainer time, preparation included, with a fixed price for the programme agreed before we start.
