Thirty-minute diagnosis
A video call to find out what you already know, what worries you and which systems you are dealing with. Often the plan takes shape within ten minutes.
Take the practice manager at a dental clinic in Seville. Since the trusted IT person retired, she has inherited the passwords, the router, the NAS holding the X-rays and the backups, on top of appointments and billing. Nobody has shown her anything, and she worries about touching something and breaking it. A group course would not help: she needs someone to log in alongside her, explain what is on screen and then let her do it herself. That is what one-to-one training is for. Private individuals book it too, whether retraining for a career in IT or finally wanting to understand the network at home.
There is no fixed syllabus. Below are the topics that come up most, and the order is set by whatever the learner needs to sort out first.

Entra ID, adding and removing users, two-factor sign-in, and Intune for company laptops and phones.
How to confirm last night's backup exists, how to restore a file and what recovering the whole server would involve, with Synology or QNAP NAS units, Veeam or Microsoft 365 backup.
Router, guest Wi-Fi, basic VLANs and firewalls, explained using a diagram of your own office.
INCIBE good practice, what NIS2 or the ENS may ask of your organisation and how to document it without losing your mind.
Email us when you get stuck on a task instead of waiting for the next session.
You finish with notes and diagrams of your environment rather than generic slides, which also help whoever covers for you during holidays.
Sessions from two hours, usually once or twice a week. Businesses: €75 per hour + VAT. Individuals: €79 per hour incl. VAT, or a remote session from €49 incl. VAT.
Half an hour to pin down the goal. If there is just one specific problem, we fix it together and that may be all you need.
A short list of topics in the order you need them; if the employer is paying, it receives a summary of the plan.
You drive the keyboard while the trainer watches, explains and stops anything harmful before it happens.
Each session ends with a task to carry out in your environment, and the next one opens by reviewing how it went.
Fixing your own systems teaches more than watching a video. Restoring a real folder from yesterday's backup, creating the account for Monday's new starter or changing the guest Wi-Fi password sticks far better than an hour of theory. And long-postponed jobs get ticked off in the process.
None in particular. The format suits people who have never opened an admin console as well as technicians wanting to go deeper into Intune or virtualisation. The first video call exists precisely to establish your starting point.
It helps with the practical side, since you work in a real environment. The exam itself is sat with the vendor or at an authorised centre, and Apply issues no vendor certifications. You receive an attendance certificate listing the topics covered, which is not an official qualification.
No. You pay for time actually worked, with no bundles or minimum term. If after three sessions you feel ready to carry on alone, we stop there.
In advance, by card through a payment link: €79 per hour incl. VAT, or a remote session from €49 incl. VAT. A receipt or invoice is available if you need one. Everything happens over video; there are no home visits.
No. Apply is not registered as a training body for FUNDAE subsidised training or for public employment training schemes, so these sessions cannot be funded that way. They are paid for directly, on invoice, for the time spent.
Tell us who needs to learn and what they want to be able to do by the end. We suggest a short first video call and a plan.
