Sales process map
From first contact to payment received, showing who is involved at each step and how many days it usually takes, drawn with your team rather than copied from a textbook.
A solar panel installer in Córdoba gets enquiries through its website form, WhatsApp Business, phone calls someone scribbles on a sticky note, and business cards the sales rep brings back from trade fairs. Every rooftop quote involves a site survey, a design and sometimes finance, and weeks pass between first contact and signature. If nobody knows where each prospect stands, quotes go cold by themselves. We model that journey in a CRM, giving every lead a named person and a next-action date, so the Monday meeting can see at a glance how many proposals are stuck and where.
The CRM is not the goal. The goal is that no enquiry goes unanswered and that a sent quote becomes an invoice without anything being typed twice. The scope is built around that.
From first contact to payment received, showing who is involved at each step and how many days it usually takes, drawn with your team rather than copied from a textbook.
Web forms, WhatsApp Business via its official API, the sales inbox and LinkedIn create the opportunity in the CRM with its source, no copying and pasting.
Templates with your logo and terms, sending straight from the opportunity, e-signature and a notification when the customer opens the document.
Once a deal is won, the customer and order pass to a3ERP, Holded or Odoo without retyping, with the NIF already checked.
No open opportunity may sit without a dated task; when one lapses, the owner and their manager are alerted.
Separate consent for the newsletter, sales messages on WhatsApp and third-party communications, stored with date and wording, and opt-outs applied across every channel at once.
Stalled offers by stage, average time to first reply, win rate by source and the quarter's forecast.
Before a single contact is migrated, the process is trialled on real deals, so adjustments are based on cases rather than assumptions.
A video call with sales and admin staff to draw the real process and decide what gets automated.
We configure the CRM and the team runs five genuine sales through it end to end over one or two weeks.
Cleaned contacts are imported with each person's consent status correctly flagged.
Group training, go-live and a review after four weeks using the first dashboard figures.
An opportunity with no dated next step is a dead opportunity. Almost any CRM can insist that every open deal carries a pending task. It is the simplest rule and the one that rescues the most sales: quotes stop dozing in a stage because the system reminds someone every day that a call is due.
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API, available from Meta directly or from authorised providers. The ordinary phone app does not integrate well with several users. There is a per-conversation charge, which we include in the costing.
Handing over a card is not agreement to commercial email, which the LSSI makes subject to prior consent unless there is an earlier customer relationship. You can, however, follow up on what was asked at the fair. In the CRM those contacts are flagged so they stay out of bulk mailings until they opt in.
Whichever fits your process best: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bitrix24, Zoho, Odoo CRM, or the one you already pay for if it will do. We resell none of them, so the choice is not driven by commission.
Through three figures the dashboard shows from day one: time to first reply, the share of quotes followed up on schedule and win rate by source. After four weeks we compare them with what went before.
Our work is €75 per hour + VAT, or a fixed price after the mapping session. CRM and WhatsApp API licences are taken out in your company's name and paid directly to the vendor.
Walk us through your current way of winning business and the size of your sales team. We map stages to that reality.
