Carriers
Correos and Correos Express, SEUR, MRW, GLS, Nacex, CTT Express and DHL, directly or through Packlink if you would rather have one platform and one invoice.
An online plant nursery in Valencia ships plants and pots all over Spain. Mainland orders go with SEUR, small ones with Correos, and to the Balearics and Canaries prices swing so much that delivery sometimes costs more than the plant. Every morning someone copies addresses into each carrier's website, prints labels one at a time and pastes tracking numbers into customer emails. On top of that, Canary Islands parcels are often missing their customs paperwork and get stuck. We connect the shop to the carriers: the customer sees a true price and picks home delivery, a Correos office or a pickup point, and the warehouse prints the whole morning's labels in one click.
We usually connect two or three carriers. That gives customers a choice and stops you depending on one network in the busiest weeks.

Cost worked out from actual or volumetric weight, destination and service, shown before the customer types their details rather than at the final step.
A map of Correos offices, Citypaq lockers, SEUR Pickup, GLS ParcelShop or Nacex points near the customer's address, with opening hours, and the choice saved to the order.
Separate rates for the Balearics and Canaries, and for the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla the customs documents required when goods leave the Spanish VAT area, prepared from the order data.
Labels for all paid orders in one print run, on a thermal printer or A4, with each carrier's collection manifest.
The tracking number is stored on the order and included in the customer email; confirmed delivery closes the order in the shop.
Customers generate their own return label from the order number, and the warehouse knows what is coming before it arrives.
Connecting a carrier is a small slice of the work. What takes longest is filling in weights and dimensions in the catalogue and building the rate table.
We go through the history: parcel sizes, destinations, the islands' share of the total, pickup point uptake and your current carrier contracts.
We help you request technical credentials from each carrier, or open a Packlink account if you prefer a single platform.
Product weights and dimensions, packing rules, the free delivery threshold and surcharges for bulky parcels or island destinations.
We send real parcels with each carrier and follow them from label to delivered status.
The Canary Islands are not just another province on the rate card. Many shops treat island deliveries as a simple surcharge and only spot the problem when a parcel sits in customs awaiting a document nobody prepared, or when the customer gets an unexpected demand for import tax. Spell out delivery times and conditions for the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla on product pages and at checkout, and agree with your adviser who handles each formality.
Two or three are usually plenty: home delivery, a pickup point or locker, and perhaps an express option. More choices rarely sell more; they slow the decision and complicate packing in the warehouse.
Packlink gives you one screen, one invoice and attractive prices at low volumes. A direct contract with Correos, SEUR or GLS pays off as volume grows or when you need special terms, such as a daily collection at a fixed time or insurance for high-value goods.
Yes. CTT Express, SEUR, GLS and Correos Express all serve Portugal, and in the integration it is simply another destination with its own rates and delivery times. If your sales to consumers in other EU countries exceed the EU-wide threshold, Portuguese VAT applies through the One Stop Shop; we configure that part as your adviser directs.
No. Our work is software and configuration, always done remotely. Your warehouse or logistics provider packs the parcels and hands them to the carrier; we make sure labels, tracking and status updates flow with no manual steps.
Tell us what you send, how many parcels a day, to which destinations and with which carriers today. We will propose a checkout and labelling set-up.

Expect an answer within one working day. A reported fault that has halted your team is handled first.
No match found. Try another spelling, or go with the closest provincial capital: every job is done remotely, so the location makes no difference to what we deliver anywhere in Spain.
