Basics without jargon
What a language model actually does, why it sounds convincing even when wrong and why the same question can produce different answers.
In most companies AI has already slipped in through the back door: someone in marketing writes with a free assistant, admin staff summarise contracts by pasting them into a website, and HR drafts job adverts the same way. Banning it rarely works, and leaving it unguided is risky. Our workshops show each department how to get value from the tools the company has approved, how to tell when an answer cannot be trusted and how to avoid exposing data that must stay in-house. They also help towards the AI literacy the European AI Act asks of organisations using these systems; your legal adviser can confirm what that means for you. Everything is delivered live over video call.
Content shifts depending on who is in the virtual room. These are the blocks we mix for each group.

Summarising contracts, drafting replies to suppliers, reviewing spreadsheets, writing internal procedures. And where to keep it out: tax calculations or figures sent unchanged to a client.
Draft replies in the house tone, sales scripts, digests of long conversations and preparation for client visits, always reviewed before sending.
Ideas and first drafts, adapting copy for different channels, style checks. With care over image rights, customer data and claims that may later need backing up.
A checking routine for dates, amounts, names and legal references, practised in every module, because that is what prevents mishaps.
ID card and Social Security numbers, clinical records, payroll, customer lists, unpublished figures. What the GDPR says and what your company policy says.
Practice with whatever your firm has authorised, such as Copilot in Microsoft 365 or Gemini in Google Workspace, and help writing a one-page usage policy.
The core module lasts an afternoon. Department modules are split into two or three short sessions so there is time to practise in between.
Which tools are used, for what and with which doubts, so each group gets the right level.
Together with your contact we pick real tasks from the department and remove personal data.
On Teams or Google Meet, with exercises on those cases and shared discussion of the results.
A quick-reference guide, a draft usage policy and a short Q&A session a few weeks later.
The danger is not that AI gets things wrong, but that nobody notices. Imagine an advisory firm sending a client a report that cites a binding ruling from the Spanish tax authority which does not exist: the text read beautifully and nobody checked the reference. In every workshop we spend more time on verification than on writing prompts, because that is what heads off this kind of embarrassment.
No. All our training is online and live, which makes it easy to bring together people from different offices or working from home. Sessions can be recorded, with the group's consent, for anyone who missed them.
A computer with camera and microphone, access to the AI tool your company has approved and, ideally, a second screen to follow the session and practise at the same time.
Each participant receives a certificate of attendance listing content and duration, and the company gets a summary of who was trained in what. It is useful documentation, but whether it covers all your obligations is for your legal adviser to judge.
It is quoted per group, based on headcount, number of sessions and how much the cases need tailoring. Email sales@apply.es with the number of participants and departments and we will send a proposal within one working day. Individual sessions can also be charged at €75 per hour + VAT.
Tell us which departments are joining and which tasks they want to handle better. We will shape the programme around examples from your own work.
